Hello everyone,

My name is Lidiya and I am a digital marketing practitioner, with vast experience in email marketing, social media and  digital advertising. I have completed a postgraduate degree in Corporate Public Relations in November 2013, specializing in crisis communication. The case study I chose to focus on as part of my dissertation research was BP and the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill crisis.
